If it's true that Heather Mills' father did abuse her, then his jumping into ally himself with old man McCartney must really be turning the knife for her. Revictimization is a pretty much inevitable consequence of a primary abuse (regardless of its nature - e.g. physical, sexual, mental), and it is highly possible that the aging, estranged one with the enormous ego, did carry out what Mills claims he did.

I am with Jan and am astonished how ignorant many of these comments are. I grew up when Paul McCartney was singing with the Beatles. We all fell in love with him. It is a very sad thing that he has to be exposed to this type of horrible and vindictive publicity. It never does anyone good to slander someone - let alone your own husband. She is not thinking of their children, and his own children with Linda. My heart goes out to Paul and his children. Lorraine's comments above are spot-on! Also, I've watched the documentary "Back In The USSR" a number of times and Heather acts more like a child than a grown woman on her third marriage. She says in the film that she was raised only listening to Classical music so had never heard of The Beatles or any of their songs. HUH?!?! She doesn't look like someone who has lived in a cave her whole life, so I have a hard time believing this one. Abused or not abused--it's obvious--she's golddigging all the way to the bank!
