(Side note: BMI is a load of crap for determining if you are overweight in many instances. All it is is a measure of weight compared to height. Because muscle weighs so much more than fat, if you are muscular, your BMI may show you to be unhealthily overweight when you aren't. Not as much a problem when determining if a person is underweight, though.)

You don't have to be a bodybuilder to have a healthy amount of muscle on your frame. A doctor and/or nutritionist and physical trainer can tell you what is appropriate for your frame and bone structure.

Can't afford a nutritionist and PT? (Unlike most of hollywood, most of the rest of us can't pay thousands to be society's idea of "perfect")... ask your doctor, you should have one of those at the VERY least.

Still in school? Ask the school nurse or gym teacher. Heck, ask your guidance counselor for any material!

If you care enough to starve yourself, overeat or work yourself into a state of exhaustion.. you should care enough to ask someone what's healthy.

I acknowledge there is a weight problem in this country. I do NOT accept it.
