Danny Glover's Lethal Weapon
You know Danny Glover, right? He's the other guy from the Lethal Weapon movies.
Anyway, he was pissed yesterday when a Daily News photographer tried to take his photo while he was leaving a Brooklyn courthouse.
So pissed, in fact, that he clocked the guy in the jaw and scared the pants off of on-lookers.
According to the photographer, Danny growled, "What gives you the right to come out here and photographer me and have your camera up in my face?" Then he punched him in the face!
He said he wasn't going to press charges. I'm not sure why, since a courthouse employee saw the whole thing and said the photog did nothing to provoke the nut.
The actor's lawyer blamed the shutterbug for "creating an incident. The photographer tried to prevent him from leaving. [Danny] was able to brush him away to get out."
And by "brush" he means pummel.

Um why was anyone trying to take his photo anyways, I didn't even know who he was until u mentioned the movie and the fact that he was the other guy.
I love Danny Glover, but I cannot believe that he did this. How horrible.
I gave Danny Glover directions to the airport yesterday. The photographer should as well as anyone else be considerate. Ask if it is ok to take your photo, don't just assume that it is ok, cause some actors are ok but others would like to have some consideration for them. Come on people.

I love it when one of them gets "clocked". "Hey" it's a part of their job...Comes with the territory...
It may be paparazzi's job, but, it's intrusive and rude. I say, good for Danny. He's claiming the right to his privacy, it's not like he was standing on the red carpet.
Way to go Danny. You celebrity stalkers have got to stop.
Wow, I remember Danny mentioning YEARS back that he wanted to do love scenes like Mel got to in the Leathal Weapon films. I guess all that "frustration" finally had to go somewhere.
Once again, I ask how many people have been in the limelight because they were falsley accused of a crime? Unless you have been under a rock, I know we all can think of cases.
Now what if one of these AVERAGE JOES/JANES hauled off and hit a photographer--I mean being accussed of a crime has to a "stressful" situation.
That person would NEVER get a fair trial just because he lost his temper on camera. These stars a ridiculous. If some spoiled star hit me it would be NOTHING NICE, I assure you.
I would sue them, and use their own money to hire someone to whip their tail!
I was there... he was just in a mood and assaulted the photog for no reason -- then jumped in his limo and sped off. crazy.
What a hypocrite! I thought he was against violence. He must think that it's okay to use violence against someone who is trying to photograph you, but not okay to use violence against someone who is trying to murder you. lol
