Hilary Duff Today
I'm not a big Hilary Duff fan -- she's a little too syrupy for me -- but I thought she looked great in these photos taken today when she performed on the Today Show. You know, I'm starting to appreciate these Hollywood good girls (like Hil, Mandy Moore, etc.) more because the bad girls (Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, Lindsay Lohan) have taken the fun a little too far. I like to party, but driving the wrong way down a highway -- while stoned and pilled out -- just ain't my idea of fun times. So shout out to Hilary... for having a clean arrest record. It's refreshing these days.

She and Mandy Moore are such better role models, both in their behavior and their appearance, not trashy and stick thin.

Mary not everyone has the same taste so just beacause I don't love her doesn't mean I don't respect her as a human being. So please stop acting like an immature child that calls people names when things don't go your way and we don't always agree.

In Feb 2006, I won backstage passes for Hilary Duff for my daughter & niece. (I had to sing part of a Hilary song LIVE on the air with a local radio station).
When I met Hilary, I shook her hand and thanked her for being such a great role model. She was gracious and looked me right in the eye and had a firm handshake. This is a great young lady worthy of our respect.
My daughter and niece were thrilled and had a BLAST at her concert.
