Paris Ordered Back to Court!
So Paris spent her big three days in prison before getting released yesterday, to serve the rest of her sentence under house arrest a la an ankle monitor. The reason for La Hilton's release was said to be due to her fragile mental state, as her psychiatrist, Dr. Charles Sophy told law enforcement that Paris was at risk of some sort of nervous breakdown.
Um, doesn't everyone have a little bit of a nervous breakdown when they are sent to prison?
Anyway, after all that hoopla, and Paris probably dancing a jig that she gets to spend the next 40 days lounging around her mansion, the heiress has been ordered back to court today, for a hearing to determine why the Sheriff's Department allowed her to get out of jail when the judge had expressly ordered her to serve out her entire sentence.
Send her back! Send her back! Send her back!

Send her back! Send her back! Send her back! Send her back! Send her back! Send her back! Send her back! Send her back! Send her back! Send her back!
Pull those extensions out and throw her back in jail!
it's called withdrawl Paris not a breakdown...
i just want to go over there and smack her. what a spoiled, selfish, brat...
Un-freakin believable!!!! The nation is freaking out about this!! I have a feeling we won't be hearing the end of this any time soon!!! They should send her back to jail because if they don't, it's going to start a legal riot!!!!!
this is the biggest PR stunt she could ever dream of...the whole world is talking about her. a no-talent, rich, spoiled brat. that is what makes the headlines. what is more upsetting is that her "people" keep using this mental state excuse which does not say much for those who actually DO suffer from mental illness. enough with her already. she is a nobody and useless to society.
I was surfing last night & couldn't believe it...This "nothing" of a celeb was all over the TV..."Secretly" I'm dieing to see what happens today..."Shhhh"...
The judge is NOT HAPPY. Not a good sign for the celebuidiot...When the media stops hounding her, that will be her biggest punishment. There are more pressing things happening in the world than the life of this trogolodite.
So I read last night on MSN.com that is wasn't even the judge that released her!
It was the sheriff at the jail and now he could be held in contempt of court for violating the judges ruling!
Lots of people have mental illness and complete their jail sentence. If her "illness" was severe enough to warrent release, she should have been transfered to a mental hospital, just like the other loonies not competent enough to serve their sentences.
Hopefully the judge takes care of business and sends her straight back to her cell.
Perhaps "mental illness" is code for "herpes breakout". (She doesn't want it to get out that she has herpes, even though she was caught buying meds for it.) So maybe the sheriff had good reason to release her: she had a breakout, which would be highly contagious and hard to completely disinfect her cell, a problem in jail because stays in jail are so short and turnover for a cell is really high; not as much a problem in prison because people remain in their same cell for long periods of time. The clear solution here is to send Paris to prison for a few years to guard the health of the inmates in jail!
No, I think bull is right on with the withdrawl comment. Look at who her friends are, there is no way that Paris Hobag doesn't do all kinds of drugs. I know plenty of people who would have mental breakdowns if they were without their prozac and cocaine is even stronger stuff.
WOW! Why I am not surprised ! I never expected her to finish the 23 days...I was waiting for that to get reduced like the initial sentence.
I almost feel sorry for her, the reason being her parents, it seems, pretty much only passed on very few skills to her and I have a feeling Kathy essentially taught her to be a helpless victim. Although she's a grown woman so it's really no excuse, she probably really doesn't know anything else.
If I was sent for 23 days of solitude in a segregated cell, please believe I would enjoy every single day of it. Ok I might get a little bored, but I'd deal. Nervous breakdown, please!
So let's all go out and do what we want, and claim mental break down!!! Suck it up Paris and do your time!!!!!!
Paris DID go back.. Screaming from the court room it was reported. LOL!!!
Maybe this will be a wake up call to the spoiled brat, for in the real world you break the law you do the time.
Paris will come out smelling like a Rose and will be even more notorious! The girl & her PR team are genius!
I think it's disgusting the way people are over-reacting to these celebrity "kids."
Give them a break and just leave them alone. Paris, Nicole, the other one I can't think of her name who was just hospitalized because she was having a nervous breakdown. These people are kids. If she broke the law she should do the time but the media shouldn't be allowed to profit from it. Besides why give this much attention to this decadent, meaningless life syle. They need love and guidance.
She brought al this on herself. She chose to drive when she was drunk, when she could easily hire a taxi. She could have hired a driver when her license was suspended. It's not as if she is poor, she earns millions (God knows why...). She was too much of a tightwas to do so - remember she didn't pay the 1.000 for Elton John carity party? Yet she charges a fortune to appear somewhere!
She made her choices, now she learns the have consequences. The udge did the right thing to send her back, otherwise whe will never learn her lesson.
I thnk it is so unreal that rich people get away with everything. She will be released early and next time she gets drunk and drives she might kill someone but she will get off again because thats how it goes for the wealthy.
i think it has to do with money,so much of it can cause people like paris to misbehave, the world doesn't stop because she is PARIS HILTON.the world will be off without her.just so she knows that judges en the sheriff are doing this because of money and plus the doctor who thinks he is qualified to be prescribing nonsense should have his head examined.she deserves to rot in jail, after all poor men get punished for their crimes,so the rich to deserves some punishment too and paris is not an exception to the rule
the judge decided she has to go back and do her full sentance and so she should just because she has money doesnt mean she should be allowed to get away with what any normal person wouldnt. she did the crime and now she can do the time. im just glad that someone finally saw through her sweet innocent blond act and is making her pay!! ABOUT TIME.
Muahahahaa.. SeRVed her riGht!! CheerSs~
I feel that people should stop talking about Paris' jail sentence. The lady has money so she could afford an attorney to get her a good deal. House arrest. If anyone in trouble had to do jail time they wish they could get house arrest too. Face facts, money talks volumes! Paris, just get it over with and move on with your life. Just use this time as a learning experience and it will all be worth this trouble.
