Charlie Sheen & Denise Richards's Custody Battle Rages On
The never-ending custody battle between Charlie and Denise continued yesterday when Denise asked a judge to protect their daughters, Sam and Lola, from her ex-husband. According to Access Hollywood, Denise accused Charlie of "inappropriate behavior ... and conduct," including "his attraction to underage women and his sexual explicitness on the Internet, including revealing his private parts." Denise is determined to stop her ex's overnight privileges with their daughters.
Never one to take anything lying down, Charlie retaliated, saying, "Clearly the mother of my children has no interest in responsible co-parenting when it comes to my relationship with our girls. She behaves as though she OWNS our children. She does not. A day of legal reckoning for her is fast approaching. The truth will prevail. It always does.”
Sometimes I forget who the children are in this case.

I'm with Charlie. I think he's turned his life around, is in a stable engagement and hasn't had bad press lately. I've always thought Denise was a whiney dim lightbulb. Yes, Charlie did leave her when she was pregnant, but what did she do? Steal her best friend's husband while she was still married! If you look at many pictures of her, her mouth in repose is turned down, like a pouty fish. However, when she realizes she's being photographed she turns on a dazzling smile. (I think the pouty fish reflects the true nature). Until recently, I had never seen Sam smile, and I've never seen Lola smile. They look like unhappy children. I think Denise is just being vindictive. Pot calling the kettle black.
It depends. IF he really is into underage porn, and we all know about his hooker addiction, then as a mother I would be concerned. If she is just trying to be minipulative, she should have to pay.
I'm not a hater or a fan, but CS doesn't exactly have the greatest track record. I tend to not believe him.
ducks marry ducks. Otherwise, why would she marry him and then have two children with him. She knew the allegations before the marrage then she claims more of these bad things happened. She had one child after many of these allegations occurred. Then she claims more occurred. Then she had another child with him. Then she claims the events occurred again. Then she tried to reconcile with him. Then she took off to Europe with a married man leaving her two very young children with her mother. Then when the battle over property heats up again, she is alleging the same type of bad acts that she knew about before the marriage and before each child and before the attempted reconciliation. True or not true, this is the man, with quite full knowlege, she decided to make the father of her children. Lets not discuss her wild sex scenes in movies and nude layouts in magazines or late her night partying. I quite assure you if she had proof of internet kiddie porn, he would be in jail.Do these children ever look happy?
Anon. I don't think she was trying to say he was looking at kiddie porn, but looking at regular porn and um, sitting there with no clothes on down below. But anyway, what I don't understand is how she could have two kids with him if she knew he was like this and then just recently she allegedly asked him for some swimmers for her to have another child with him. I suppose she wants more kids but not more than one baby daddy. He must not be that bad if she's willing to have yet another baby with him.
Custody battles are terrible for everybody involved. These two both have sordid pasts. But I do think Charlie is making an effort where his children are concerned. Denise on the other hand is just out for revenge. Why I don't know when she is no better than he is. I agree if she had proof of kiddie porn, this would all be over.

Yes, they are momdearest. I would actually be pretty embarrased to admit my man looked at porn all the time and "helped himself" instead of being with me! Don't think I'd be airing that dirty laundry.

If Charlie Sheen is so awful, why did Denise ask him to father a third child? (Ordinarily I wouldn't believe that she did, but Charlie produced proof of the request for the media.) Neither parent appears too great--but Charlie is indeed making an effort to turn his life around.

I dont think she is talking about him looking at porn but rather sending women pics of his private parts and he doesnt have a good past regarding his sex addiction to hookers.She is only wanting her children to be safe.

I heard Charlie Sheen plays the xxx game with the members from BillionaireCupid.com. It seems he also wants to find a wealthy woman for fun. That's extremely bad to his daughters. I think Richards is right.
As far as the exposing his private parts goes - odd coming from someone who exposed all of hers in a Playboy photo shoot. December 2004 issue if anyone is interested. :) Neither of these people are saints and who is really being hurt are the kids. The courts need to say to both of them to act like adults and get this over with or the kids will go elsewhere until they do.
All this went to court before (remember her 16 page declaration that "accidently" got made public? Its at TheSmokingGun.com if you want to read it); and he was still allowed to see his daughters.

All the alleged dirt comes from her assistants & nannies - that are paid by her....
I have no doubt that he shouts and gambles, but I have no doubt that she's a manipulative b*tch and bitter because she didn't want him but doesn't want him to move on.
Funny how it was all ok till he got engaged and wanted to have his own child care supervisor.....
