I am going to get some flak on this , but here goes : the juries weigh and discuss the evidence and if it is not there or the prosecution has not presented a good case - there you go . OJ's trial as known now , was blown because of the prosecution not presenting a good case . Believe me when I say the justice does work . But I agree with all of you - that is one scarey looking dude .

Whenever I think I look like crap, I just look at this dude and feel better right away. lol. Barney is right, the justice system will do it's job. If the prosecution can't prove it's case, then lady justice did her job. Not saying he is innocent, by the way.

Jury system, I think are not a gauge for justice after all. Who knows they accept lumpsome compensation from the criminals. They are not victim`s family, so, the hell do they care. Some maybe celebrities-monger, some don`t possess analytic prowess, or simply idiot to judge such heinous & serious crime. Jury system are mainly popularity judging except for few who are really capable of judging guilty/innocent cases. And ... "prosecutor did not present a good case" are an alibi for an ill-society. You`re playing the lives of your citizens. Are you in school debate shows? Well, hhhmmmmhhh !!! Good luck Americans.

I watched the trial from start to 'finish' and have a comment on the jury system. It obviously didnt work in the OJ case (4 hours deliberation to declare him not guilty!) and in this case, at the very end- the jury had decided 11-1 for guilty. The foreman was the only hold-out(he convinced a woman who waffled back and forth continuously to make it 10-2). If you have heard this foreman speak, you would agree he was holding out for not 'reasonable doubt' but for 'beyond a shadow of guilt'. He was a arrogant know-it-all who has cost LA probably millions, and has forced them to have to spend it over again to re-try this monmter. Just think, the whole jury went against the foreman. Says something weird was going on. Phil's words minutes after the gunshot " I think I killed somebody" while standing in the doorway with a bloody gun.
