The decision against her is so cooked up and biased. Both her and KFed lives should be examined, he has ulterior motives and is not whole heartedly concerned about the kids, so much as the big day at the bank it can bring him. I think they both have questionable parenting skills, and if she cannot have the kids, then he should not either. They should be given to the grand parents until those two sort out their lives.

Like I said yesterday this is a slap in the face to moms who have to spend YEARS getting their kids back from the courts after "bad parenting" and drug/alcohol rehab issues and here Brit does ONE WEEK without drugs (STILL went out every night though!!) and she gets her overnights!!!

I have to weigh in on the 'children up late' thing.

There are very few legitimate reasons why parents should have children out that late. One is to go to the hospital emergency room. One is if you have been travelling for hours and are still at the airport or have just checked into a hotel/motel for the night and no one has eaten. You get my drift.

Taking children out in the middle of the night to go to sushi joints, Denny's, Mcdonald's and where ever just because Mommy wants to go out is wrong.

Go,Go,Go Brit! No matter what these people say. I have no experience being a perfect mother too, all I could think of is about myself,selfish indeed! But that doesn't mean I don't love and have no care for my children. I give them crackers,snacks,chocolates and sodas too
when needed and handy 'coz they should not get starve. More than sometimes I bathe them at 11 or 12 p.m.,when I'm in a hectic sched or just busy spending my private time, but my friends and neighbors won't judge me bad or neglectful. This whole situation is a mess, but the boys miss their mom and so I feel that overnight visits should be allowed. However, the monitor should make certain their bedtimes are regular and that no funny stuff happens while they are with mom. It's only one night a week Brit, surely you can concentrate on making your boys happy that long can't you hon? They won't be little long and you want them to have good memories of their childhoods, not bad ones. You only get one shot at raising your kids, don't screw it up!

You know, I work hard everyday to be a good mother. I have bi-polar and have managed to raise a 5 year old and 2 children that are not mine and haven't done any of the crazy s**t that Brit has done. If I did, I would lose my kid in a hearbeat and spend years working to get him back. I'm not saying K-fed is a saint, but he is trying to do better by his kids and is making a better effort than Brit. They all should look into getting some family counseling: it would benifit all of them.

1- Having small children until wee hours of the night is not appropriate! Does not take a rocket science for someone to figure that one out,it only takes a little common sense!Sure,there are circumstances that will explain children being out after 11:00 pm,but it should not be because you want eat late! W/all the money that Britney has,we could assume and should assume that she would have a nanny to watch over these children! Or delivery is another option!
