As has everyone else my family has had its troubled times but never have we ever turned our backs on each other even though a few times it was tempting. In the end people come and go in your life but family is forever or should be.

If I were her mom I wouldn't just drop my life and fly back after the way Brit treated her!!!

It doesn't matter what Britney did to her mom. I'm a mother of two adult children and if they needed me, I would be there giving them all the love and support they need. No matter what goes down between a mother and her children, a mother's love is always there.

Working Girl: The MEDIA reported that they became estranged because Twit-Brit pushed her mother away. Who knows what really happened? People seem to be EXITING Twit Brit's life left and right these days. Sort of a strange coincidence if you ask me.

I'm glad that her mother is there no matter what. Even when our children are screwed up, we should always be there. Not enabling, but just being there.

Well I think at this point Brit. needs more than her mothers help now!!! She needs to see a doctor, and then take it from there!!! This is something that she can over come on her own!!!

Britneys Mom has been estranged bc Britney filed a restraining order, not bc she wanted to be estranged.

Britney cut her off so she was forced to go thru K-Fed to see the kids.

But shes her Mom so of course she wants to come running back with open arms when Britney is ready.

But Britney needs a hell of a lot more then her Mom now.
She needs professional help.

I hope that their family can be restored for the sake of the children. It doesn't matter who was right or wrong. Brittany needs help right now and whatever it takes to get her back on the right track. However she needs to realize that she is a normal person like the rest of us and that she is not above the law. Hopefully things will work out for her.

There nothing in this world my mother could do that would get me to abandon her. Mutual respect prevents the break down in communication along with unconditional love.

i think her mom is nuts to give into all this, after she treated her so badly. she got herself into the mess shes in today, so let her get her self out alone ! after all it was brit who pushed everyone out of her life. besides she will never learn anything if mommy is always there to fall back on. let her cry on the shoulders of her partying buddies if she must but honestly i think this crying crap is just a big show now. maybe she should go into acting now since she seems to be very good at it as shown here.

My wife lost her only daughter to an atv accident 10 years ago. SHE WAS 28 and just getting it together. You can lose your mother, your father but when you lose a child its like someone chops off an arm. Life never again holds the same joy for you. Britneys mom is doing the right thing. Its not an option.

Brit just needs some guidance from her family. She made some mistakes at a young age. She has her whole life ahead of her and I am sure she will pull herself out of the crapper.

As a mother you always forgive and forget for your kids. Which is what Lynne is doing. I just hope she can talk some sense into Brit before she loses her kids for good.
