Report: Britney Spear's Paparazzi Brave Wildfires for Money Shot
Nearly one million Californians were ordered to evacuate their homes last night to escape the wildfires tearing up and down the West Coast, but the New York Observer reports that the paparazzi dedicated to shooting all things Britney aren't going anywhere. Five to 10 photographers have been sticking by her Malibu mansion hoping to get their "money shot" if her house goes up in flames.
“Basically, all the paparazzi are still out there trying to get their Britney shot,” one resident told the paper. “They don’t even care much about the burning houses... It’s insane. Just as bad as it was before, only now there are burning trees.”
Apparently the folks in Malibu have had their fill of la Spears -- and even Mel Gibson's wife, Robyn, was reportedly overheard trashing talking the singer to a fellow resident.
“She was like, ‘It’s so annoying that people are more concerned about if Britney Spears’s house was burnt than their own well-being,’” a source told the paper. She went on to say that the situation said horrible things about “people’s priorities.”
It's true -- people's priorities are all outta whack. I'm more concerned with whether or not Britney's covering her va-jay-jay than, say, listening to the Presidential hopefuls drone on and on or insult each other. But I also want to point out that Mrs. Gibson may be complaining about Britney now, but I'm sure her neighbors were complaining about her family just a year ago when her husband was drunk driving up and down the Pacific Coast Highway. What goes around comes around, as they say.
Celebs aside for a moment, let's keep the people of California in mind today.

Britney has had her life turned upside down and inside out....she has not been able to be a teenager and she was forced into adult hood too fast...with career, marriages and children...now she is paying for it...she needs to have her life slow down and she needs to decide what SHE WANTS and start from scratch and make decisions that will help her to gain her life back and she needs to stay out of the media...so give her a break!!!!!
priorities are all outta wack. don't get me wrong. i come to the blabber to get my daily helping of brain ice cream but come on! we are concerned about seeing britney's house burning down? sure she's crazy but she's gonna be fine. she has enough money to rebuild. over half a MILLION people have been ejected form their homes! 400 families have lost their homes! this is turning into another Katrina type situation. sure there's more money in califiornia, but only a few of those people have a lot of it. this is serious! we are lucky to get to log on and have two of our favorite girls tell us what's going on in the crazy-holly-nebular, but take time to think of those who have lost their homes. oh! and check out the presidential hopefuls. this election is a big one for us women. Not just cause of Hillary, but a lot of our rights and freedoms could drastically change for the worse depending on who is our next president. So get involved get educated, it's not only cool but sexy to know the world around you.
It is really sad that they are still at it even though this devastating fire is happening. The paps are like the devils little workers.
There is nothing wrong with the paparazzi. Without them us celebs would never get any attention. Who else would we shove our children in front of and say lookie what we got. Who else would keep us in the spotlight even when we are so far down in the gutter we can't pull our own selves out. Who else could we lie to about how big of a loser we are. We need the paparazzi to keep us all going. If my house burns down you better bet I'll use it for my personal publicity. You know I love drama, lies and sex. The paparazzi feeds off me.

Sad, The millionaires have to retreat to a luxury 5 star hotel or one of their 5 other homes ......... this must be so stressful for them. Oh well, guess they get to go shopping or earn money on a celebrity and millioniare site http://millionairematch.com/photo/bloger YEAH!!! WTF does this matter? What about the hundreds of thousands that are stuffed into gyms and other public facilites ..... who won't be able to simply go out and have their assistants fetch them a new home!!

If you read the comments, it seems to me Robyn Gibson was talking about the paparazzi and not Britney Spears. And she has a right to speak, she knows firsthand how screwed up the entertainment press is when it comes to hounding celebs.
