Police Report: Nick Hogan Was Driving 100mph During Crash

It's looking worse and worse for the Hogan family.

Hulk Hogan's son, Nick Hogan, was driving around 100 mph during the August car crash which seriously injured his friend John Graziano, police records show. Barrett Lawrance was a passenger in the other car that was racing against Nick that fateful night. He admitted to police that they were driving at the high speeds and that "this is how [Nick and pals] always drive."

Nick's attorney denies that his client was driving at that speed, as Nick, who had a breath-alcohol level of .02 or higher after the crash, told police he was traveling 30 or 40 mph and did not know what road he was traveling on or what direction.

Earlier in the day Nick was photographed partying on a boat with his friends and his dad. To make matters worse, Hulk reportedly bought $78 in beer and ice at a liquor store before the boat trip, making it look like he may have given alcohol to his son, who's underage, that day.

So bad.

Well, just another fine example of what "so called" wealth and priveledge will do for you....Hope the injured boy will survive...

That's so sad, i always thought though that he let his son get away with everything, and tried to be way to strict with his daughter. I guess so, cause he would never have done that with her.

Ok, I'm a little bit confused. Where I live, if you are with a parent or legal guardian and you are over the age of 16, your allowed to have alcohol. Is that not the case in the US??

Jo- No, no one under 21 is allowed to drink, and if you buy it for them you can get put in jail

I feel bad for Hulk, he is going through a D and now this

give the guy a break

You can't drink alcohol legally in the US until you turn 21. He never should've let Nick go out that night knowing full well that they all had consumed alcohol. He should be charged as well as Nick.

my thought is, if papa hulk spent more time trying to be a 'father' and less time trying to be a 'friend' to his son, this probably wouldn't have happened. i feel bad for john graziano (nicks passenger), and his family. even with a lawsuit, there is no amount of money that can ever make john's life how it used to be. looking at the wrecked car and then hearing that nick said his speed was 30-40 mph makes me really angry. i think he needs to step up and own his mistake.

Don't like the hulkster.

first off, who said the hulk gave his son THE alcohol or was present when his son consumed it.

Leave the Hulkman alone, he's a good parent. face it, how often do you see his name in the trades; due to issues others seem to create with their money! This guy hasn't even gone on trial yet....

Seriously do you think Nick will get charged? Or course not, look at all the other stars that have gotten away with drinking and driving or have drugs on them. The system(Law) needs to be inforced to all even the rich and famous!!!! Why should it be okay for them to break the law and get away with it. Over here in my area a young man was driving drunk hit another car in front of him and killed his passenager and best friend, he was sentenced to prison for vehicular manslaughter!! Nicks passenger didn't die but his punishment needs to fit his crime!!!

actually in some state as long as you are on you parents property and are with your parents you can drink. you just can't go any place also if they were in international waters then US law does not apply abd they can do what they want

with all his tickets in his past i would have taken away his driving privileges.he is too spoiled and this is why he is allowed to have such a nice car that is too fast.look what happened to his friend. i know he didn't mean to hurt him but, he did.

I just hope the best for the Hulk family. Im sure that hurting his friend is making him feel pretty bad. Maybe people shouldnt be so harsh sometimes we make mistakes and we pay for them for the rest of our lives. nobody is perfect and he is just young.

It is all so sad, Hulks are having a run for their money, hope that the friend is ok. Young hulk needs to step up to the plate and get a grip on life before he really does take a life. FYI I too had a little to much to drink was in an accident and some friends were hurt when I was young. Terrible thing to live with your whole life. kids make stupid choices and need adults around to guide them. God Bless Hulk's family

One thing for sure. Knowing that a law suit is on the horizon, the Hulks know how to protect their $$$$$. A divorce will take it out of Hulk's hands and put it in his wife's after the divorce. I sure hope the injured boy's lawyer can work his way around this and sue both parents, divorced or not. They should also take full responsibility for what has happened. Hulk was so protective of his daughter, why not his son? His son's license and keys should have been jerked away from him a long time ago.

This is for DINGDONG,The law is the law,You have to be 21 in the USA to drink ,buy or sell alcohol. You can serve it in a restuarant when your 18 ..You cant even wait tables at a place that serves alcohol untill you r 18. Now 42 miles off the coast of FL. The Bahamas has no legal limit....France has no age either,You can be 6 and have wine at brekfst. So if they can pruve that Hulk bought the alk, then they can pursue all the way, and Hulk could ultimatly be responsible......
