Jessica Alba & Cash Warren Engaged
Cash Warren has decided to do his best to make an honest woman out of Jessica Alba, as the future parents have gotten engaged. According to People.com, Jessica's rep says that Jess and Cash do have plans to walk down the aisle -- and that she's sportin' a rock on her finger. "I can confirm that they are engaged," says publicist Brad Cafarelli.
Jessica shocked the heck out of us earlier this month, when she announced that she and Cash (who had been on-again-off-again this past year) were expecting a baby. Word on the street was that the reason for their breakup over the summer was that Jessica wanted to get married, but Cash, not so much.
Seems like that baby knocked (up) some sense into him.

I'm so tired of these celebrities, particularly the young ones, getting pregnant without being in a committed (aka married) relationship. It's not that single mothers or young mothers can't be great. But these famous girls - not women - are terrible role models for teenagers who don't have the financial security or "maturity" that these slightly older celebrities do. I know that age and money don't necessarily a good mother make (Brittney Spears), but try buying Pampers every couple of days on a Burger King budget. Certainly not every knocked up teen has a "supportive" boyfriend with a marriage proposal waiting, or understanding parents to pick up the bills.
I mean really, Jessica Alba/Nicole Ritchie/Jamie Lynn Spears, can you really not afford birth control? Or is it that you forget to take the pill everyday because your personal assistant doesn't remind you? Really.
Okay, end rant.

I don't know what the F is up with these 'hos and getting themselves "with child". It is just stupid these days, most people know how birth control works, they just don't choose to use it. VERY DUMB in this age of AIDS and all! It truly makes me scared for all the little girls out there that think Brit and Lindsay are the best! Mommas - talk to your little girls NOW about their bodies and let them know how this happens and what they CAN do to prevent unplanned pregnancy. Abortion is NOT the answer -- preventing any of these unwed/unwanted pregnancies IS the answer. But you would think that these rich beatches would know better . . . Do they just think they will win the money from the rich man???
I agree with really and Keep your legs crossed, BUT, they aren't immune to "accidents" either. Birth control is not 100% and somtimes people get busy and forget their birth control. It happens. At least some of these preggo's aren't getting the DUI of the week. Right? LOL.
True, birth control is not 100% effective. But why sleep with a person you previously broke up with? Reasonably speaking you break with someone for a "reason". Im alway wary of on-off relationships, not the stablest of the bunch.
I really hope it works out...I really loved them as a couple. But no matter what happens...that's gonna be one adorable baby!

Good comment Frank, as to me it looks like the typical .. I got engaged because I got knocked up scenario. I don't expect their relationship to last if its just based on the baby.
