Tony Parker Sues Over Affair Allegations
The San Antonio Spurs player, and Eva Longoria's husband, has filed a $20 million lawsuit against X-17, which first broke the story of the alleged affair. According to TMZ.com, the suit claims that the photo agency defamed Tony.
"X17 had to know that the story was false, or at the very least, it had to have entertained serious doubts about the credibility of its supposed source." The suit alleges that the paparazzi agency never bothered to "verify the information with Mr. Parker, Ms. Longoria, any of their representatives or....anyone else who might have knowledge of the truth or falsity of the allegations." It also reiterates what Eva and Tony have been saying all along: "Tony Parker has never had sexual relations with a woman named Alexandra Paressant."
So, does this big expensive lawsuit change any of your minds? Or is Tony just filing all the paperwork to make his story look really good?

Who knows if it happened or not, but that girl seems to know a lot about the interior of his house...down to the pool with the BB hoop and their big couch.
I never believed it. The texts she claims to have from Tony don't show a number, just a name... easy to fabricate. Also, her only other "proof" was a plane ticket to San Antonio... how many other people have plane tickets?!?! I think this is a crazed fan/stalker.

It took Tony Parker a long time to deny the claim. Hope he didn't cheat, but chances are sooner or later he will.

I never believed the story. A lot of the "intimate" details this lying hussy frabricated could have come from magagzines, tabloid shows and interviews. I bet X-17 will start checking their stories for validity from now on....I bet 20 Million on it.

Why 20 million? I often wonder where they come up with these numbers. And this won't prove anything either way, all it says is that he is mad about it. And seriously, how would the X17 go up to him and ask "Did you do it?" and expect the truth?

So Tony has an affair or maybe not either way just because it has been reported or rumored that he has had an affair he thinks he should be paid 20 million dollars, how much pain and suffering has he endured outside of the normal rumors that are spread about celebrities! Hey, you signed up for this when you took the first million dollar check- deal with it Tony!
