Velvet Revolver's Scott Weiland Arrested for DUI
Another day, another DUI.
Rocker Scott Weiland was arrested for driving under the influence last week, after crashing his car on a Los Angeles highway. Cops say the Velvet Revolver and former Stone Temple Pilots front man failed a sobriety test, but Scott's rep is denying his client was drunk.
"Scott Weiland was recently involved in a minor accident in Los Angeles and denies he was driving under the influence," the rep said in a statement to Us Weekly. "He voluntarily took a Breathalyzer test which the defense believes registers well within the legal limit. He is anxious to get to court on December 13 and clear
this matter up."
Scott has battled drug and alcohol addiction in the past, so he might need a bit of a refresher course in sobriety -- which I'm sure the judge will be happy to provide.

I love Velvet Revolver and am a huge Scott Weiland fan from back in his days with STP, but he should know better than to get in a car after he drinks. He's got enough cash now to hire a driver. They should ALL do that if they are going to go out and drink.
I've loved him since STP's too. There is just something about him. YUM.
Rocker's lead an unusual and hectic life style , but the drugs and alcohol are just a crutch and an excuse for nasty behavior .

should no better than to drive under the influence hire some one to drive you Enough people have died under the influence most of them were hit by a drunk driver enough is enough !!!
Scott's just trying to be cool like the younger crowd. Billy Joel did it and look where it got him.
