She doesnt seem to mind the paparazzi anywhere else. They only 'scare' her when she is at the courthouse, but they dont scare her when she is going mercedes shopping or clubbing. The girl is finding ANY excuse to get rid of her sons!

It is so easy to be critical of the paparazzi, yet we are all so hooked on everything they dish on Britney.

While I'm not bashing Britney I have to say that, being a mother of two young daughters, if I were in her position, NOTHING would stop me from being there for my kids - it's not about her - it's about her and her babies!! So she can't handle the paparazzi - stop playing to them - sympathy votes don't get your children back!! It's time for her to step up to the plate and "take it like a man". Millions of mothers the world over have managed to keep their children under worse circumstances - she needs to assess her priorities and come to grips with what needs to be done!! I feel sorry for her but her behaviour leaves a bad taste in my mouth!

Though the paparazzi does show up around her all the time, the magnitude that was there at the courthouse was like a militia. Anyone would be scared. There has to be a limit to this phenomenon, seriously. Someone will perhaps die, oh wait, that happened already... Princes Diana. Having a dozen or so people flashing you with cameras is one thing, a swarm of them is an entirely different thing. But in the end, she could have made it through, why not hire bodyguards to make a wall for her? Or request police escort? There were and are things she could have done. Unfortunately she lacks the maturity to be able to think things out coherently. And as for that boyfriend of hers, he is completely useless. You would think him being a pap himself would know a way to circumnavigate his fellow comrades. But no, he doesn't want her to succeed. I would have been scared myself with the vultures hovering. I assume besides being scared and late, she apprently felt she had already lost them (Boys) and ran instead of having to face more shame and ridicule. If I were Britt I would return to rehab and seek mental health aide, then seek to regain my parental rights after having faced my own nightmare of self worth. Unfortunately she is to distraught and mentally unstable at this time to realize such. Hopefully in time she will wake up to the seriousness of her situation and act as a responsiable parent for her boys welfare and overall good. She needs her boys more than she or anyone else realizes but time will tell.

i believe that britney should stay out of the paps eyes. she should do everything possible as far as her boys go. that is if she really wants custody of them, or even visitation rights. shes making decisions now that will affect her and her boys for the rest of her life. i am a mother and grandmother, she needs help all the help that she can get. she also has enough money to do just that.....

It makes my stomach turn to see how our press is treating Brittany. She has a medical condition, no privacy and has to push through hundrends of camera men/ women to even get out of her driveway. What has our media come too?? This battle is between her and Kevin and a judge. Leave it at that... She clearly has some sort of medical conditon it might be bipolar-- which is serious but can be handled with medication if treated.If the judge wants to do something, do something POSITIVE for her, demand rehab or a medical ward where she can truly get help. Not for Kevin, her children, or even her family but for Brittany. When she finally gets her life back in order/ on medication then she can work on getting her children back into her life. She is not stable right now and can not raise her children in her condition, but don't trash her...help her. Really, can she get any dumber? She knew that this was pretty much going to be her last chance of getting any visitation with her kids and once again she blew it off. Personally I think that she already had too many chances, just because of who she is. She obviously can't get her head out of her ass long enough to give a shit about anyone but herself. The cameras had nothing to do with her leaving the courthouse. She loved the cameras when she was busted stealing a lighter, and she loves them any other time.
