Alright LuvMyJolie, I'll take a whack at it. She isn't called those names, reason being, she doesn't act like one. There is a difference between dating and being a nasty slut like Lindsay or the others. We have never seen Camerons vagina or her boobies either. She is classy and dating around to find the right guy whereas Lindsay is seen with a different man everyday, sometimes "entertaining" several in one night. If you don't like Cameron, that's cool, but don't compare her to the rest of the skanks! ; )

Cam doesn't get called nasty names because she's not flashin her cookies all over the place and exiting clubs, drunk out of her mind in front of the 'razzi.

However, that doesn't mean she's an angel and doesn't party hard. I saw her in Hawaii when she was still with Justin, knockin over other peoples glasses & dropping her drinks. The club is very VIP, so there was no chance of any paps snapping a photo of her looking like a hot mess.

To be honest, she's probably no angel at all, but who is? The reason I think she doesnt get called names is because we've only ever seen her have long term relationships. We dont really see her changing men every week. Personally I think she's a decent person, always bubbly and smiling. But then again, we dont REALLY know what goes on in their personal lives, do we?

Cam never gets called names for her dating behavior because for the most part she is discreet about it. Lindsay, Paris, and Anjelina get it becasue she flaunt it in your face.
