Inside Britney's Hospitalization: It's Crazy!
So here's your afternoon update on what's happening with Britney Spears, since she's been committed to UCLA medical center for treatment of her bipolar disorder.
According to TMZ.com, there has been scene after scene inside the hospital. First, it was Britney's parents against Sam Lufti, both trying to get the doctors to listen to them. Jamie and Lynne Spears reportedly think that Sam is trying to control Britney and want the shady character out of their daughter's life. In the end, the doctors have decided to cooperate with Mama and Daddy Spears (thank G-d!), but, if the battling keeps up, a judge will have to sign an order as to who has control.
In other Britney news, a source says the pop star was on Adderall, a stimulant used to treat Attention Deficit Disorder, and was taking up to ten laxatives a day.
Ten laxatives a day? That's crazy. I eat a bowl of Kashi for breakfast and that's my fiber limit for the day. Maybe that's why she's always stopping at gas station bathrooms!
Britney reportedly also accused her mom of "sleeping with my boyfriend." She didn't say which one, but does it really matter? Finally, Britney, who was said to be extremely calm when getting to the hospital, flipped out and "was hurling profanities at her parents and staff."
And there you go.

I hope Britney gets help, I would hate for something really terrible to happen. Then we would all be asking ourselves (the gen. public) why "we" didn't get her some help sooner.
WHY didn't we the public get her some help, pray tell, how is the public responsible for her. Oh, she'll listen to the public, NOT, she won't even listen to judges, that's why she doesn't have her children.
There are no words. Downward spiral to destruction.
She needs help. I am glad she is getting it!!! She shouldn't be judged because of her mental issues. Everyone has at least one. We are all thankful she is getting the help she needs to function. As far as the laxatives go...I had an eating disorder once too. I think with everyone calling her fat it sent her to abusing laxatives. Adderall makes people act nutty. My son was on it and he became physically violent and would have psychotic outbursts.
Hollywood is a poor example for our younger generation and our country!
What makes anyone think she's really getting help? I don't understand how can feel that this trip will turn out any differently than the last one. I can understand being hopeful; but I keep reading comments on blogs like, "Thank God, Finally she's getting help". Well, this isn't the first time. I hope it does work this time, but I have my doubts.
