Lindsay Lohan Falls Off the Wagon
The rehabbed actress spent New Year's Eve in Capri, Italy and, while celebrating with some new pals, took a nice big swig from a bottle of bubbly. But Lindsay's lawyer tells People.com it was a one-time deal, and LiLo is not back to her hard-partying ways.
""After being handed a champagne bottle while on a dance floor in Italy on New Year's Eve and drinking from it, the good news is that Lindsay stopped herself, called her sponsor, and got herself back on track," Blair Berk said in a statement. "There is no magic cure here. The most unfortunate part of this is that Lindsay has to share her 'one day at a time' with the entire world."
Oh, Lindsay. Perhaps, at this vulnerable time in her life, Lindsay should just spend quiet nights at home.

I think its great that she called her sponser...makes it seems like sobriety really does matter to her. She is an "actress" though so who knows...only she knows for sure.
How do we know she really called her sponsor? It just makes good press to say she did.

Really what should you expect? I mean does a recovering drug addict straight out of rehab go visit his friends at a crackhouse? She could have easily just not gone to a party serving alcohol.. just ask any recovering alcoholic..once and addict always an addict...
I think her family and publicist need to stop coveringup for her and realize she is so close to falling off that wagon for good if they keep setting her up for these kind of venues knowing there is alcohol being served...

If she had spent all night drinking cocktails and beer; I'd call that falling off the wagon, not a swig of bubbly. Maybe she would've done better away from temptation, but she's obviously found a substitute vice in cigs and men. Get a grip!
