Mischa Barton Charged In DUI & Drug Arrest
Mischa Barton is not off the hook for her arrest in December, when cops pulled her over for driving like, well, a drunk.
After the actress was stopped by police (who said her car was all over the road), the cops found a bonus -- a nice stash of the wacky tabaccy. Hence, Mish was charged yesterday with driving under the influence and possession of marijuana. And get this -- she was also charged with driving without a valid license.
What is the deal, people? I know a trip to the DMV takes years off your life, but it's a must. Sheesh!
Her arraignment on the misdemeanor charges is set for Thursday.

I wouldn't be surprised if she did this on purpose. She has always been a C lister and she needed something to give her notriety, God knows she doesn't have a career to do that hence the DUI arrest.

I have to agree about the drivers license thing.
In my state you can even renew it online and then go pick it up. No big deal.
