Bon Jovi's Richie Sambora Arrested!
Oh no! One of may faves is in deep trouble.
Bon Jovi's other main man, Richie Sambora, has been arrested for DUI, TMZ.com is reporting. Richie, who has been in and out of rehab this past year, was pulled over by the Laguna Beach PD around 11:00 PM last night, when cops say they saw him driving like a lunatic in his black Hummer. He failed numerous sobriety tests and was taken in. At the station, Richie opted to take a blood test rather than blow into a breathalyzer.
He was released a few hours later. A rep for Bon Jovi had no comment at this time.
Richie had been suffering since last year, reportedly falling off the wagon after his dad died. He needs to get himself back in rehab, stat.
Update: The story just got worse, as UsMagazine.com says that Richie's daughter with Heather Locklear, Ava, 10, was in the car with him, along with another child and an adult woman. "There were three females in the car, two of them were juveniles," Laguna Beach Sgt. Jason Kravetz told the mag.
Bad news, Richie, bad news.

I just don't understand why, with all the moolah that celebrities have, they don't hire a driver if they are going to be drinking?
Moolah can't buy brains.
I guess it's the same old "I'm okay to drive" "I'm just barely buzzin'" Sooner or later, you'll get caught if you drink and drive, it's only a matter of time. Hopefully this is the wake up call he sorely needs.
My 4-year old niece was killed by a drunk driver just this past January. This story makes me sick.
It's bad enough to drive drunk and risk your own life and lives of other drivers, but to drive drunk with underage passangers... he should have his license taken away. It he wants to wallow in his own sorrow, that's fine but he needs to grow up and be a responsible father for his daughter. There's no excuse for this behavior. I hope Heather steps in and only allows supervised visitation. Some damn roll model... I'm sure his deceased father is PROUD. Sambora,what a disgrace as a parent!
He's a celeb, he's above the law. Didn't you know they can do whatever they want and get a slap on the hand.

First of all, it is bad enough he was drinking and driving. Worse, he had his daughter in the car. Even worse, he had SOMEONE ELSE'S child in the car! Who was the female companion and why didn't she step up to the plate & drive if he had been drinking???? A lot of good rehab did him!
I am not saying this is an excuse for drunk driving, but the fact that his father died obviously has him in a bad way. He is probably depressed and not thinking straight AT ALL.
finally someone else has notice (Stephiejo) why do these idiots with money drink then drive when they can hire someone to drive them all over. I don't make big or easy money like some of these idiots and when we are heading out to have some drinks the cab is paid by all of us. We know he has had it hard the last year, maybe he should of kept it in his pants rather than share it with his wife BEST FRIEND boy I need friends like that!!! his father died within the year but we all sometime in our life feel like the world is falling down on us. But to get into a hummer with your daughter, her friend and some lady friend is stupid, did you not have money for a cab, was your lady friend drinking too??? Have you not realize that you are no longer young and you no longer have screaming girls wanting you when you are on stage, those days are long gone, yes the group is still playing but it is Bon who has kept the group going. Grow up you have a kid and it is time to spend some of that money on a cab if you are going to drink with your daughter who you had for the weekend??? Heather I hope you will think twice before you send your daughter off with daddy. No I have no problems with his money hey he worked for it so he should maybe be spending some on other methods of travel when drinking
Richie needs to get help! The old bass player for Bon Jovi, Alec John Such, was fired from the band because of drinking. If Richie was fired that would break up Bon Jovi, and I would be depressed if that happened. WE LOVE RICHIE SAMBORA!
First off, he looks like sh#t in this mug shot. Bet he feels worse. I hope he gets help, and does some real soul searching here.

The fact that he had kids in the car is beyond selfish, it is criminal.
he's a legend oryt yeah he did wrong but he didn't kill anyone like that guy did who could your 4year old niece.he suffering mentally and motionally still because of his dad's death and divorcing his wife an dbreaking up with his girlfriend
