Christina Aguilera may have been born at the wrong time -- girl does that Old Hollywood glamour thing so well!As the new face of Stephen Webster's new jewelery campaign, the new mom transforms effortlessly into a sexy siren. All glitzed out with the designer's bling, the singer, who's pals with Stephen, more than does the jewels justice.
“Stephen and I have been friends for many years,” Christina said, “He is a wonderful designer with a creative spirit and innovative vision, and I am honored to be a part of it all.”

She is beautiful. I'd love the old glam look to make a come back for the average jane, but not if it takes more than 15 mins. to get ready.
I love old Hollywood and I think she looks very good if it were pre-1950's it comes off as kinda costumey looking to me.
Thank goodness she straightened herself out, got married, had a kid, grew up and became a wonderful young woman. She's fabulous now. I know this sounds silly- but I'm proud of her. It's hard enough growing up and finding yourself, but doing it in front of a camera must be sooo difficult.

Well Yes she does the retroglam look perfectly.
I for one think diamonds hanging on a woman in this day of increased awareness of the poverty and suffering in the world is somehow vulgar, and insensitive.
I don't own diamonds because they are just money that could be better used elsewhere.
No problem with Christina, just the gems and what they represent.

Personally, I loved the video for "Candyman"---this is the next step after that; that kind of look. Good for her that she's versatile. That & her voice will keep her going.
As for her personal life, anyone who seems to be so in love w/ her husband & child always gets my vote.
She looks absolutely gorgeous. I think they should have used her for the Marilyn pics instead of Lilo.
Ellen - I don't think owning diamonds is a bad thing. It's how much that you own, is the issue. I have numerous diamond rings (nothing too flash) but I do like my jewelery. I don't think one should go with out something, just because of the poverty in the world. If I knew that my selling my diamonds was going to change the world poverty then I would do so, but unfortunately it's not. I too, at times struggle, as I have car repayments, mortgage repayments and two children to take care of (plus 4 dogs) BUT I have a strong belief that if my partner and I are going to bust our guts at work, for 6 and sometimes 7 days a week, then we should atleast have the right, to have something to show for it.
She is most gorgeous. Her beauty is flawless and she more than just does the jewelry justice. Mad Props to Christina
