Heidi Montag's Family Tragedy
It's a sad day in The Hills for real, as Heidi Montag mourns the loss of her step brother.
Heidi's bro, Eric O'Hara,was working on the roof of the Steamboat Grand Resort Hotel in Colorado when a piece of ice broke loose and he fell off the building to his death. He was 24.
Eric had just returned from Iraq and Afghanistan, where he was serving as a member of the 82nd Airborne Division for the past three years.
"I just loved him more than anything," Heidi told Usmagazine.com "He couldn't wait to meet Spencer."
Heidi and Eric became family when the reality TV star's dad married Eric's mom, when Heidi was seven.
So sad.
