Yes, folks, it's true. You can all rest easy now, knowing that Jamie Lynn Spears is, indeed, engaged to her babydaddy, Casey Aldridge.
"He proposed a few days ago, and she accepted," Casey's cousin, Tina Robinson, confirmed to UsMagazine.com. “They probably weren’t expecting [the proposal] to be, like, right now, but with her being pregnant, that really pushed it up,” she said.
Like, really? Get out!
Tina said she hasn't had the pleasure of seeing the engagement rock, and wasn't sure if the teens would marry before or after the little one arrives.
What about marrying at the junior prom? OMG, wouldn't that be, like, so amazing?
Oh no, wait, do you get to go the prom when you get your GED? Well, she can crash. No worries.

She's making a HUGE mistake if she is only marrying the baby's father because she's pregnant. If that is the case, the marriage won't last past 6 months.

I hope that all goes well for her. It won't last long I think, not because of her age and situation, but because of the media. They will chew them up and spit them out. So sad.

I'm not trying to be judgmental but she is a teenager,not a woman. She has a ways to go before she can be called a woman. Maybe a young woman but not yet a woman. I do wish her happiness and think that its being made such a big deal because she is a celeb and most definitely because she is Britney Spears sister. It's sad to say but its true!
Well u say she is not a woman yet . But in reality u may be right but at the same time when the baby is born she would have a lot of growing up to do but . She now has to make a grown up decision . So she is a woman . And to all the people who have something bad to say about her . Grow up . It is her life not yours if you don't like it then stop listening , talking, reading and watching it .
WOW!!! I agee with momof2gurlz0306 for the most part because she will have a lot of growing up to do, but if it was me I never would have gotten pregnet in the first place, because I want to spend my youth like normal people do and not pushing it away. Childhood should be enjoyed not wasted.
