Tracy, I took it to mean that Britney (among many others) aspired to be a big music star with the longevity and appeal of Madonna. After all, she has done some blatant copying of Madonna, which she cannot really be faulted for since she adores her. For example, I found her "snake routine" at that one awards show several years ago to be along the lines of something Madonna might do, especially the ripping off of her outfit at the beginning. Madonna has clearly inspired her in lots of ways. She will never eclipse her, however. I do hope Brit gets better though and am glad she's on the right road at last.

The thing is,is that Britney dogged him out like 10 years ago. He made some good hits that people like and while she plummeted to the core of the earth, he rose above that and became more popular than ever.
