Queen Latifah Works Out in Her World
Superstar Queen Latifah, and my fellow Jersey Girl, was back in her old stomping grounds this weekend, staying true to her new way of life -- and I was stoked to find out that the Queen was literally working her butt off at my local gym!
QL took the Group Groove class at the Work Out World in Tinton Falls, NJ, then joined in on on the Centergy (an awesome mix of yoga/pilates) training master class. Latifah, who has recently signed on to be a spokesperson for Jenny Craig, isn't preaching she'll get into a size 2, she says she's focused on a healthier lifestyle, not getting down to specific dress size.
Right on! And how cool is it that I can be getting buff right along side her?
Given the gym's "KEEPING JERSEY STRONG" mantra, it's no surprise that Jersey's big Boss, Bruce Springsteen, is also a regular WOW-zer, but nobody can argue that the Queen was the boss this weekend at the Jersey shore gym.
I hear she is making a return appearance on Monday, so I plan on getting into my workout gear and hitting the gym. I may just stay all day.

She is not a lesbian, she is a tomboy, there is a big difference between the two. She rocks though and she does not carry herself like Ellen nor Rosie the known lesbians, so Ang you way off base.
