I'm so annoyed by people who say they are "Fat" when they are pregnant!

It's SO insensitive to people who have weight problems!

Plus, it's degrading to the HUMAN LIFE not fat!

I think she meant it more in the lines of kicking off the shoes, sitting back, and do nothing type of summer.

I agree with Frank. She's talking about not having to follow any special 'stay thin for Hollywood' diet.

I think she meant that she doesn't have to watch her weight, she can eat as much as she likes and blame it on the pregnancy if she gains more than her belly requires.

I agree that she was joking, but now that I think about it, I can see that annoying someone who really has issues with their weight.

Thank you, mommy to be. Any doctor can tell these people that. I've also heard women say it's an excuse not to exercise or they can't exercise which is so untrue. Obviously, you can't run a marathon, but worked well into my ninth month and the outcome was a healthy pregnancy, smooth labor, and most importantly a healthy baby.

Okay, I think some of you are taking the eating healthy thing a little too far. Someone who eats a little extra junk food while they're pregnant shouldn't be mothers?? I doubt Elisa really meant any harm by her comments. But if Minnie Driver (or any pregnant woman) wants to have a second helping of mashed potatoes for a change, I don't see the harm in that.

Seriously, people are waaaay too sensitive these days. Grow a backbone.
