I bet its Big!!! Thats why in the preview she claims things never work out how you plan them to be.

scarlett -- devastating to the show? the show ended years ago! there is nothing left to preserve, save raping and pilaging because the stars have nothing better to give us.

i will go see this movie (glutton for punishment), but they ended this show with absolute perfection and should have left it alone.

Maybe Samantha because they were having problems with Samantha - Kim Catrall in the beginning of filming. This way, they would never have to deal with her again. I would hate that because it would send out a negative message to cancer survivors. That would be a bummer. My breast cancer friends would freak out.

Well it makes sense for a guy to be killed off. Women are always losing spouses and women friends picking them up off the floor.

I say it's Miranda's husband Steve. I never bought into her picky lawyer character being OK with him and the whole Brooklyn thing. P.S. I'm from Brooklyn so no put downs.

Maybe it will be Steve's mom. She was deteriorating towards the end of the 6th season. That could make sense because it would show Miranda having to support Steve even more but it wouldn't rule out a sequel...

I really don't think it will be a small supporting actor like steve's mother or magda. I think its going to be one of the main characters.

Possibly Big, or Samantha. Big had the heart problems, and Samantha had cancer. Or maybe it could be another character, and some freak accident will happen.

Who knows, but this adds excitement to the movie. This better not be a "promotional lie".

I read somewhere that they are already planning a sequel to the movie, (possibly two more films actually)so that pretty much guarantee's that none of the girls die. Whew!

I think it will be Big (unfortunately), because they've said that in the movie CARRIE suffers a loss. I will be sooo bummed to see him go. I just want them to get married watch the hijinx ensue.

It will be interesting to see who it is. I hope it's not Big, Steve or Harry because They're all great characters, but while I agree it's got to be one of them and not one of the girls, the only thing We can be really sure of ladies, it's not Carrie (who else would narrate, right?).We just have to be patient and wait to see :)

It's probably some no-body, that you barely even notice is in the show (been in a couple of episodes....5 minute stints) Cynthia was probably encouraged to mention it, so more people would want to go and watch the movie, curious to see who dies.

Sam had cancer, and she could die but still stay fabulous. and then charlotte would name her kid sam!!

Big suffers a massive stroke. Carrie is forced to take care of him and they soon go through all of him money.They are forced to live on state assistance. At least she got the man she wanted:) Maybe not SATC material, but real life.

I am in total denial about this also - I don't want to believe that someone will die in the SATC movie! However, in saying that, I agree that they ended the series perfectly and shouldn't have gone further...apparently OS shall see the movie before we do? Stay away from the internet for those days....they will spoil it for us for sure!
