Crazy Amy Winehouse walked away with just a slap on the wrist, after allegedly headbutting some dude on the streets of England.

After voluntarily arriving at the police station for questioning on Friday, Amy spent the night in jail when a doctor determined she was "in no fit state" to be interviewed.

What does that mean? Did she go to the station all drunky and loony and bodyslam some people inside? Come on, you know it's totally possible.

Anyway, after sleeping it off, Amy was questioned about the alleged assault on Saturday morning and was cautioned for "common assault."  Then she was on her way.

They should have, at least, headbutted her back. An eye for an eye...
