Anne Hathaway's Boyfriend Arrested
Hollywood good girl Anne Hathaway finally has a red mark on her record -- an it's due to her choice in men. The actress' longtime boyfriend, Italian property developer Raffaelo Follieri, was arrested Thursday in New York for writing a bad check.
No big deal, right? We all mistakenly bounce a check sometime in our lives.
Uh-uh. Not for $250,000, and sources told TMZ.com that the funds in his bank account weren't even close to that amount. But Raf is saying it was a big a misunderstanding -- and he went willingly with police officers -- to work it out. Unfortunately, we can't give him the benefit of the doubt, considering this isn't the first time he's been accused of playing with cash he didn't have. Last year a lawsuit was filed against Anne's bf for allegedly squandering $1.3 million in business funds from billionaire Ron Burkle. Of course, Raffaelo denied it.
Anyone else see a pattern?
