The reason Suri is dressed up is because this is a photo op for Tom Cruise. Look how he's dressed as well. I'd love to know how long he stayed with her at the park. Did he go down the slide did he push her on the swings? Somehow I doubt it.

Even if it's staged, if they had put a sweatshirt and pants on her someone would have said how they are neglecting her or something. Someone is always gonna complain. And yeah, where are the pics of him playing with her?

The guy's a 'kagillionaire'........she can dirty up her Sunday best as much as she wants...some toddlers that age insist on dresses...(I know mine loves them.)
