K-Fed's Lawyer: Britney's Not Cured
Kevin Federline's lawyer wants everyone to just chillax with the talk that Britney Spears is back and better than ever. Mark Vincent Kaplan says that, though Britney is doing better with the help of her dad, Jamie Spears, reports that the once-troubled pop star is fully recovered are premature.
"Jamie is doing a really good job," the attorney told People.com. "There was a situation and that seems to be stabilized. Does that mean she’s cured? Of course not."
He does credit Brit's dad with making "smart" moves concerning his daughter's career and lifestyle choices, adding that, "Obviously before Jamie, it wasn't a question of what was going to happen – it was a question of when."
Mark also says that, more than anything, Kevin just wants the mother of his children to be happy and healthy, and that, personally, he's looking forward to the resolution of Kevin and Britney's custody case. "I look forward to the time when I can be bored," MVK joked.

Since when is Mark Vincent Kaplan an authority on Britney Spears? Last time I checked he was KEVIN'S attorney, not her's! Maybe he should stick to making comments about his own client and let Britney's attorney comment on her and her representation (dad.) What a jerk.

A mother doing drinking/doing drugs, acting like a nut in the public eye, and just doing crazy things is impacting her children even if she isn't in front of them. She needs a ton of help and two weeks of "normal" behavior is not enough. We keep yapping about how Britney's coming back. What about her children? Can her children come back from a mommy who shaved her head, showed her vagina to the world and partied when she could have been with them? Let's think of the kids first.

Ease up on the girl! She needs the interaction with her boys and it is given to her via the courts--so what is your problem? It sounds like you are persecuting her without full knowledge of what is going on. If the courts felt that she was still a threat to her children, she would have absolutely no rights to them whatsoever! Babies need their mother in their lives, and I don't care what anyone says about the issue, children are very forgiving, no matter what kind of parent they have. Kevin even wants her to get healthier so she can be an active participant in raising their two beautiful boys. You must not be a mother, or you are just a very miserable person who likes to see other people fall. Good luck to you! I will say some prayers for you!
Well it takes time and not overnight. I could understand her part but as for Kevin come on you need to step up and be a man and help the mother of your children too. I just hope that your not putting her down like your attorneys are. That's what they do and it's not right. Love is always there especially when you have something special as children.
