Mischa Barton to Accept Plea in DUI Case
Aw, shucks! It looks like Mischa Barton won't be doing jail time.
The actress, who was arrested in December for DUI, will reportedly plead "no contest" at her arraignment on Thursday, and will agree to serve a three-year unsupervised probation term. In addition, she will have to take a three-month alcohol-education class, and pay a fine of approximately $1,700. In return, the marijuana possession charge will be dropped and the driving without a license charge will be reduced to an infraction.
Oh well. I guess it's better than us having to deal with Mischa going to jail, and then getting released 82 minutes later.

This is another "actress" I don't get. Who is she anyway? Hasn't she been in like 1 show? Why is she so famous? All you ever see her doing is mugging for the camera in designer duds and out and about with her equally UN-FAMOUS friends.

I prefer the other cast of OC, Rachel Barton than her. Rachel have a much cleaner image and is a good role model. Hope Mischa pull herself together and not screw up her probation though.
