No Jail For Richie Sambora
I just said he was a lucky man -- and I was right.
Richie Sambora plead guilty to one charge of DUI on Tuesday and just missed spending up to six months in jail. Instead, the Bon Jovi rocker was sentenced to three years probation, a three-month alcohol education class, and ordered to pay fees.
All in all, this was the best possible outcome for Rich, who was caught driving with a .13 blood-alcohol level last month -- with his daughter, Ava, in the car. No child endangerment charge & no jail. Now he needs to get sober and stay that way.

Unbelievable. Gets off the DUI charge AND no child endangerment charge? Just amazing how these celebrities get away with stuff like this.
