Richie Sambora Formally Charged with DUI
Richie Sambora was formally charged with two counts of DUI this afternoon, according to TMZ.com
The Bon Jovi guitarist was arrested on March 25, in Laguna Beach, after cops pulled him over for driving erratically. Richie reportedly had a blood alcohol level of .13 that night, while his daughter with Heather Locklear, Ava, 10, was in the car with him. Dodging a major bullet, Richie will not be charged with child endangerment, but could face up to six months in jail for the drunk driving charge.
It may not seem like it, but he is lucky man. Let's hope he's learned from his mistakes.
