What Show Was Paula Abdul Watching?
Did you guys watch American Idol last night? If not, let me set this clip up for you. It was Neil Diamond night and each contestant was to sing two songs but, because the show was so pressed for time, the judges didn't get to give their evaluation until after all the contestants sang their first song. It was supposed to be a like a firing squad -- the kids all lined up and the judges were just going to go down the line and say what they thought of the first performance. So, Randy Jackson goes and does his, "Dude! Blazin' hot" thing and sends it over to Paula Abdul, who then goes on to evaluate Jason Castro on BOTH of his performances. Are you following? The dread locked stoned-looking guy had only sang once, yet Paula was all, "Your second song left me a little empty." Um, maybe because he didn't sing it yet?
Everyone in the audience was laughing, Ryan Seacrest did not know what to do, and Jason Castro was doing his best to keep his smirk in check. I actually had to cover my eyes it was so embarrassing. Watch it for yourself.

LOL i saw that, i was thinking omg poor Paula, she had to be so embarrassed. She was acting kinda crazy all night though. I think she may have been on something LOL. BUT i do like Paula, I hope she can pull it together tonight lol.
Seriously, she needs to be taken off of that show. Either she pulled that stunt last night on purpose to solidify her image as a dimwit or she really is a dumb, drunk idiot. She does not deserve to judge this competition 1) because she was never THAT good of a singer and 2) because she can't even keep up with the show. Seriously, take her out and put someone like Ellen on panel. And the execs wonder why viewing is down so much this season! Paula, get your ass to rehab! You're making Amy Winehouse look normal!
I heard that there is a bit of a scandal with American Idol. Alledgely the producers script what the judges will say based on rehearsals -- so last night Paula accidently read her second review before she was suppose to. If that's the case, I'd be so disappointed!!

I agree with Ginny. Paula said what she was suppose to say. She just said it at the wrong times. Comments are scripted. Did ya'll actually think Bruno on DWTS was smart enough to come up with those funny quips off the top of his head?
Yeah...she screwed up...but honestly I'm not sure what the big deal is...? Why are so many sites actually writing about this?
it's not the judges that boot the singers off,it's the people.also,the viewing is down because the show is getting old.most of the people can't sing worth a damn anyway.there are better shows on with people who are already stars.
