Hats Off to Paris Hilton!
Apparently, it's National Ridiculous Hat Week in Hollywood, and only Paris Hilton and Sarah Jessica Parker got the memo. First, Sarah wore that green thing to the Sex and the City premiere, and now Paris donned this white, wedding cake-looking headdress to promote her new fragrance.
Because I'm not really prepared, I'm thinking I'm just going to stick some flowers in my Yankees cap and see if I can pass for a star.

What is up with the hats lately? I sure hope that's not the next trend in store for the rest of us NORMAL people! I hate to admit it, because I'm not a fan of PH's, but I actually like this look for her. I can't help but feeling that wearing a hat on the side of your head would be a major distraction though.

I actually like the hat, I just wish it was on her head, not hanging off the side. Down South many "women of color" (sorry I don't know what to call them anymore & don't want to offend) wear really fancy hats to church. They "put on the dog" down here. (Yep. people really say that...) The fancy outfits and hats on God's day put Posh to shame. They call it dressing up for the Lord and it's actually quite charming.
It's interesting and actually looks good on her. I've never liked the way she dressed with all the hot pink and what not, it was always a little teeny bopper to me.
As for this dress, it looks like she wrapped a white ace bandage around herself.
I think that her dress looks like bleached lasagna noodles. But it's still cute somehow...Weird.
