I agree that the photo in no way makes her a whore. Neither do her personal photos that showed up on the internet. She's a young girl trying to have a fun time while growing up in the public eye, what does everyone expect? For her to be perfect all the time? Aren't imperfections what make people interesting? Don't imperfections give people opportunities to discover who they are? How they handle it, etc? Give the girl room to grow and breathe! Anyway, if you don't agree with what she did and you are a concerned parent maybe you can take this chance to show your child that you don't expect this kind of behavior, you know, make an example of it. That doesn't make what she did bad. It's just a learning experience for her. You know, we've all done things we're not proud of, whether it be when we were 12, 15, or even 18--whenever! Maybe she's not particularly proud of the things she did, but she's not a whore or skank or slut because she did a "topless" shoot (where she wasn't even topless and people expose more in a freakin' bikini!), or some of her personal pics were leaked or misinterpreted. Get over it people! Get off your high horses over such harmless, normal teenage behavior!

The person taking the pictures should have known better then to have a 15 year old poise that way. But what is done is done and Billy Ray Cyrus takes good care of his daughter and all of his kids.
