Nick Hogan Cops a Plea
Remember when Nick Hogan was driving over 100 miles per hour during the August car crash that severely injured his passenger, John Graziano?
Apparently Nick will cop a plea in court tomorrow and will not fight the charge of felony reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. It's unknown whether Hulk Hogan's son will plead guilty or no contest.
According to TMZ's sources, Hogan may enter an "open plea," which means that the court has complete leeway in deciding his sentence, and the victim's family will have a chance to testify at the sentencing hearing.
The maximum penalty for Nick is 5 years in prison.

I hope he can get a shorter sentence. Hey if all the other celebs can get away with it- why not Nick???? But- he kinda does need to learn his lesson. Maybe he'll grow up after this.
