Nick Hogan to Go to Jail
I've spent the last hour or so watching the Nick Hogan sentencing.
He just received 8 months in jail, to begin immediately. He also has some community service once he's out.
I love when a celebrity actually gets in trouble for what they do!
Can you believe it?

8 months?! That's it?!?!
That is NOTHING. He practically killed a man. The poor kid is as good as dead. Even worse because now it will cost millions to take care of him in his vegatative state. If he was not a celebrity it would have been a harder sentence. I know someone who got worse for the same charge and the person she hurt only had a broken arm. She also NEVER had gotten into ANY legal trouble before the incident. Must be nice to be a celebrity's son.

HE CHOSE to get in the car! It's not like he was a random bystander so why should Nick get slammed when the other kids is also responsible for being in that car????

Wow! I can't believe he really got in trouble- I hope he can get out early- like Nicole, Paris, and Linds! But in the long run- he needs to learn his lesson!
