Rosie O'Donnell & Fran Drescher Develop New TV Show
It's not a definite yet, but Rosie and Fran have developed a new show that they would both star in, and the two comediennes are currently in talks to get in on the air.
"It’s called The New 30, and it’s about old friends who are living very different lives, but they live in the same building in Murray Hill, Manhattan,” The Nanny told People.com. “It’s basically about middle-aged women on the verge of a midlife crisis.”
“We’re in talks with NBC,” she added. “It’s not real yet, but we’re talking to NBC, so we’ll see what happens!"
It sounds decent, but I might have to watch it on mute. Would you watch?

She is so beautiful. Her blog and photos were found at milllionaire&celeb datingsite ---"celebmingle.com"---- last week. I am wondering what kind of relationship she is seeking on that site.
I would watch the show. It sounds very interesting and fun. Both dynamic women! Rosie is a sweetheart, she is funny and has a good heart, no matter what people say. She wears her heart on her sleeve. Fran is very talented and a great comedian. They both have a great comedic presence! I say, "Go For It Girls!" NBC needs some good pgogramming. Most everything I like to watch is on ABC, or PBS.
I think they are both big mouths and have no interest in watching them out shout each other on TV.
I think the show has the potential to be a classic like the Golden Girls. However, I must say the name "The New 30" is a stretch since Fran's over 50 and Rosie's not too far from 50. I also wonder if two Type-A women can work together. Lots of ego on one set. Looking forward to it!

I think it is a great idea since Oprah said, "50 is the NEW 30!" I can't wait to hear more of "the Donald" on there....

These intelligent women with super comedic talent are a winning twosome. Rosie is remarkable for her humanity, her intelligence and her willingness to put truth before surrender. Fran is a brave, lovely woman who used her intellect and perseverance to beat a dreaded illness. Both women have great talent in comedy. This is a welcome ticket, for sure.
