I agree with Bella. Often with nannies they're more than hired help; they're almost part of the family. The lines get blurry. You find yourself playing marriage counselor, best friend, and a host of other things. It may have been something inappropriate or it may just be two bitter ex-employees with an ax to grind.

I am a Registered Nurse who was disabled in an auto accident in a foreign country. I worked in a hospital for 18 years and no longer can afford to go to one. I am living on a Wing & a Prayer like millions of other Americans. The number one factor for surviving cancer is whether or not the person has Health Care Insurance. Take a look around your family & friends, could this be a life or death election for someone you love? If your parents lose their home, you could lose your inheritance. Hillary is an Expert on Both Health Care & Education like Al Gore is to the Environment. We can not afford another huge mistake.

When Hillary was First Lady in Little Rock she helped pass Legislation to improve the Ailing State School System and extend education for Four Year olds. This Hit the Big Boys in Arkansas right where it hurt most, in their pocket books. Their hatred of her became vitriolic, they formed a Republican Committee to taint & discredit her image.

While our Homeless Veterans & Mentally Ill are eating out of garbage cans to survive, Right Wing Conservatives have spent Millions to Billions Duping Hard Working Americans to vote time & again with the wealthy. Newt Gingrich suggested to Rush Limbaugh & Other Mean Spirited Conservatives to Repeat "words” like Sick, Pathetic, Welfare, Crisis, Traitor, Cheat, Steal, Bizarre & Radical over & over to brainwash their audience. Let's not forget that during this time Newt was having an affair & served his wife divorce papers while she was recovering from an illness in a hospital. Is it any wonder that Depression is an Epidemic in this country? Read Molly Ivins' Book "Who Let the Dogs in?"

200 years ago it was rare for a woman to be able read & write. 108 years ago a woman could not own her own Home. 88 years ago a Woman could not Vote. This was my Grandmothers' Generation, they could only dream of having this opportunity to Vote for the First Woman President. I am now a Grandmother of a baby girl and can only imagine what it would mean for her to grow up watching a Compassionate Woman Leading this Country.

What Woman is behind Hillary who has her Strength & Fortitude? There is a Very Good Possibility that we won't have a Woman President in my Lifetime if she can't do this. Won't Barack Obama still be a Young Man in Eight Years after he gets more Much Needed Experience?

As a Canadian nurse without a vote in the Presidential election, I read your comments with interest.

We do follow the state of U.S. health care in Canada, and find it deficient to an alarming degree.

Up here we are fighting to save public healthcare and prevent the spreading privitization movement by gov't to redirect valuable health care dollars to private corporations.

I think your comments are valid and very true. As much as I do support Obama, as a neighbour, he will still be young for the next election and so on. They are after all in the same party right?

Not knowing the way US politics work, is it possible that one candidate could still be elected vice president?

Wouldn't that make for interesting times in NorthAmerican History!
