Source: Kate & Owen's Break Up Was Nasty
More info on the latest breakup between Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson.
A source close to Owen told E! News that the couple's final blowout was a verbal smackdown.
"Yeah, it was pretty hostile," blabbed the insider. "Lots of shouting. Lots of tears."
Supposedly, Kate had enough of the talk that Owen was flirting like the ladies' man that he is, while filming Marley & Me in Miami. Now they aren't even talking to each other anymore.
"Look, they haven't been getting along really for most of the time they've been back together," said the friend. "Owen can be a moody guy, very up and very down. And Kate is so upbeat, it was hard for her to take."
So, Kate got a bit of relief when she headed to Boston to film her new movie, Bride Wars but, when she heard about Owen's antics in Florida, their rekindled relationship took a major nosedive.
"Yeah, she was done after that," said the source. "Maybe he thought they were on a break, which meant he was kind of free. But she disagreed. Obviously."
Owen can't seem to break his bachelor habits -- even for someone like Kate Hudson.

About time 'cos this couple was a mismatch to me. Hopefully, suicide won't be on his choice list this time.
Who cares about another unstable white trashy couple breaking up again ??????????
obviously the last post was made by a black person.... Who cares what colour they are? Why speculate that they are "another white couple"???? Your point being?

I'm glad she's done with him. She deserves so much better. She's got to think about her child too. Who wants their kid to be around a moody, self absorbed, suicidal mess?

I really like both of them but I think that she only got back with him b/c of his suicide attempt. She probably felt bad and thought that it was her fault. Owen is a free boy who will never grow up and live the life of an adult then some 20 something out to have a good time. Why settle?
Thats really sad.Owen is an ugly guy....how he gets women ill never know.NOTHING WORSE IN MY BOOK THEN AN UGLY GUY WHOS THINKS HES GOD GIFT.LMAO
Ha, Owen = Loser!
Relationships fail in every walk in life, but I'm appalled at the comments belittling him because of his suicide attempt. Attempting suicide is not a character flaw, but a sign of deep depression and desperation, certainly nothing that should be taken lightly nor made sport of in a forum such as this. I'm sure this has caused a lot of pain for both of them.
Some men just don't have it together! they have a great woman and don't know what to do with her!!
Hey Anonymous,
White and black are not the only two races in the world! That comment could have been made by anyone,,,,Chinese, Indian, Arab,,,,,,,,,,,etc. This is an international website and this is a multi racial world as well.
to Nyags......tht goes to show u tht the white population hate the black so much tht if anything is being said about the white, they automatically say is the black who said it.
Hey what's up with the racism? Stick to the story. The first comment was rather racist though and I don't care a hoot about any of these silly racists. Whether black or white it's all disgusting. Anyway the whole deal is that I am glad that she left the loser. The second thing is that it does define one's character. This man is selfish and self absorbed and his suicide attempt was a low way to get attention from Kate in order for her to come back to him. His acting days are over. She doesn't have to suffer to keep her guilt intact.
i don't really think someone would cut his wrists to "get attention".. i think he must be depressed and his way of dealing with that depression is to be "the life of the party", the "flirty guy"... bad decision, but then depressed people don't always think normally either.. i bet he never thought it would affect her.. unfortunately it did.
if the people in the world had more of jesus in it, then there would be more love, peace, joy, and all the other fruits of the spirit that god told us about.

It is all attention. What is not attention and still very sellfish is putting a bullet through ones brain or hanging yourself. All suicide is selfish and attention seeking. I hate it all!! It's not ones body to do what ever you want with. If you have a problem cry it out, work it out...what ever happens, happens. It will all make you a better person in the end. He should of learned his leason the first time without the childish suicide attempt. Could have told her that he had made a serious mistake and that he promises not to do it again and stick to the promise.
I think that it's interesting that you say it is not one's body to do whatever you want with it. I actually agree, which is why I wonder so many people in this country eat so much garbage, and then take so many pills to counter the effects. This might seem way off topic, but I think a lot of 'depressed' people have blood sugar swings and hormonal problems, which can definitely be linked to the fact that much of our food is tainted with hormones that are added, and the fact that we eat way too many refined carbohydrates-not to mention all of the toxins we are taking in.
So if we are going to judge someone for attempting suicide because it is not their body to do what they want with, let's apply the same responsibility and judgment to those who drink a lot, do drugs, and treat their bodies like trashcans, eating 'food' that is more harmful than nourishing.
I know it's a crazy, radical idea, but perhaps part of the the reason so many people are unhealthy and unhappy is the fact that we are not taking care of our bodies the way we should be. We live on this great earth, full of foods to nourish us-vegetables, legumes, grains, fruits, nuts, seeds, and, if you like, meat, fish and fowl, and yet, we eat a bunch of processed, altered, overcooked, garbage. We are not only affecting ourselves, but our descendants, by not taking care of ourselves. And it's all because we cannot let go of our dependence on convenient, tasty food. If that isn't selfish and irresponsible, I don't know what is.
WHY ON EARTH WOULD OWEN EVER GET SERIOUS WITH OR MARRY A HO THAT CHEATED ON HIM WITH HER HUSBAND. KATE HUDSON IS A TRASHY PRO AND ANY GUY IN HIS RIGHT MIND WOULD THINK TWICE - IF SHE DID IT WITH OWEN TO HER HUSBAND, THEN SHE COULD JUST AS EASILY CHEAT ON HER NEXT HUSBAND WITH ANOTHER GUY.
SO OWEN WAS SMART NOT TO WANT TO BE THAT NEXT HUSBAND OR RATHER HUBBY NUMBER 2 - AS KATE IS NOT STABLE.

I completely agree with what "cinnabumsies" said.
Attempted suicide is not the same thing as Attempted attention. No one knows the problems this couple has dealt through unless you are them. Whatever problems they have, people should give them the privacy & courtesy to let them deal with it on their own, not with the whole world watching. God bless both of them, they both deserve happiness in any way they may find it.

As someone whose life has been touched by the loss of a beloved person to suicide(euthanasia),and who has loved many people who have suffered from depression as a very real side effect of childhood scars like domestic violence and sexual abuse it makes my heart ache to hear such unenlightened and unfeeling words said on two really important human issues~depression and suicide are not games people play to get attention, they are an outward reflection of a much deeper interior problem~educate yourself, read, seek to understand before you make such hasty judgements~There but for the grace of god go I~
Wow!! Unhealthy food, racism, and working from home?? I thought we were talking about Kate & Owen's break up! Stick to the subject!! And remember..until you walk in someones shoes you can never know or understand what they are going through and the reasons for their actions!!
Anonymous: As far as your demand to stick to the subject, the subject is actually quite fluid in this case-it is each of our individual reactions to this, so of course it will vary from person to person.
I agree with you that people should not judge others. I also think my thoughts on food and health ARE part of the subject-so many people in this country are depressed, and they are given Paxil, Zoloft, Lexapro, Prozac, etc., etc., and yet, some experts theorize that as much as half of the population suffer from hypoglycemia, which can be a major contributor to depression. Some estimates are even higher. How many depressed patients have even heard of hypoglycemia? Do doctors ever even suggest that patients change their diets to help with their depression, let alone explaining to them how eliminating refined carbohydrates from one's diet can help lift their mood relatively quickly?
I have also read many times, from many sources, that as many as ten million people in this country have undiagnosed hypothyroidism, another major contributor to depression. Unfortunately, a lot of the additives in our food have been shown to be detrimental to thyroid function, as well as the massive intake of sugar many people consume.
So I think it it part of the subject. Mental illness used to be such a taboo subject. Now, everybody talks about taking it out of the shadows and removing the stigma, especially when it happens to a celebrity. But we don't really go that far. We still judge. And when we talk about treatment, it is always about pills. And people like me, who have seen and experienced how blood sugar swings can have a serious effect on a person's moods and mental state, are written off as radical whack jobs.
But maybe you were right in one respect-I should not feel the need to justify my belief that suicidal feelings and actions are not signs of a weak character.
To Susie: I bet you treat your body like it is yours to do what you want. I bet you eat what you like to eat, and hug whomever you like, and sleep when you want. Of course, suicide is an extreme compared to those actions, but we are physical bodies, period. We are human, and we are fragile. No one WANTS to feel suicidal. Just like any other disease, those black moods can eat away at you, and in my opinion, it is a sign of physical disease. The human body is designed to survive, and fight for life. To lose that instinct is a shame, and it is scary, and it is not a choice.
And I bet you are a good person, too, Susie. But I cannot see judging someone for being in pain.
