I know nothing about the many reasons for complications during pregnancy, but I do know you have to eat and stay healthy...She just looks like she starves herself every now and then, just sayin.

Good for them...I do wish them happy, healthy babies but I don't understand what the big deal is with having TWINS in Hollywood. Do the celeb's purposely try to have multiple pregnancies, do they seek out fertility treatments even though they can concieve on their own? It seems like "having twins" is the newest fad in Hollywood and that's one fad I won't be following! :)

Roscoe Blu, Here's the deal..Celebrities do not like to settle down with a family early on and they think they are "too young" to do so for so long that when they are finally ready they are close to 40 and it's harder to concieve. So, yes, they then resort to fertility treatments; that AND old age cause a higher risk in multiple births. Old age also ups the risk of birth defects, but as long as she's healthy a 40 year old can have a healthy pregnancy.

Just from photos, I think Angelina needs to put on a few more pounds, but she's had a healthy baby, so she obviously knows what to do. Maybe she's just naturally small. There are women out there who don't gain a lot of weight and have perfectly normal pregnancies. She's GORGEOUS either way. I hope this baby (or babies if the story is right) are healthy as well. I wonder if she had some of the same complications on her other birth. Just curious and maybe, as usual, the Star is reporting what they want and NOT the facts.

Starr - You are one sick puppy to even think along those lines. I have two boys and would love to have another boy, my response to why?...I just love boys!! This doesn't mean that I'm a sick perverted pedophile! It's just that I think little boys have a lovely nature and I love how they are rough and ready. Other people may think the opposite and would dearly love to have girls. This in NO WAY makes it sick or perverted. You love your children regardless of the sex of them, but you can still prefer to give birth to one sex over the other, without there being perverted reasons for wanting it that way!!

Hi Ellen & JD. How's things? Hope you both aren't working too hard. I went back to work on Wednesday....YUK!! After 8 months of maternity leave it was VERY hard. Oh well, bills do need to be paid. Would be nice to win Lotto though.

I can't watch movies with Brad Pitt or Angelina Jolie anymore because all I can think of is "There's that guy who left his wife of 5 years to screw someone else" or "There is the woman who got involved with a married man". They seem so smug and it creeps me out that people worship these two and quite frankly, I think this couple desires worship. They are literally worshipped by many.

It grosses me out. I like actors like Christian Bale, Kate Winslet, Sandra Bullock, Uma Thurman, etc. They are purely ACTORS and they don't inject their personal problems into their professional persona. I like people who behave themselves with genuine grace and dignity and don't try to preach at me about how a little person like me should live my life and vote. Do your good works in private, not to garner more worship and public appeal, and don't talk down to me when I know what is right and wrong. I know it is good to give to the poor and save the planet, I am not a complete idiot! At least I know not to cheat on my spouse! Those poor kids....
