Seems like a publicity stunt to me, like she put it on and said "Hey, this makes me look pregnant! I think I'll wear it out, then I'll be all over the news again."

"Food babies" can be that big, especially when you're that small and sticking your gut out. She also isn't one to miss a bit of fake press and certainly has enough pics to prove she's actually thin afterward so no harm done. Definite publicity stunt; can't be letting Nicole get all the press, better get a look-a-like beau (literally) and her own "bump". Sigh.

I think it's just from walking with her back arched. She stands that way alot too. If anyone remotely has a bump or any type of belly showing thru, the next thing you know they are pregnant. When does everyone get tired of speculating who is pregnant and who is not? Is nothing sacred anymore?

Why is it that everytime someone spots a "celeb" with a rounded belly they jump straight to the thought "OMG SHE MUST BE PREGNANT" is everyone really that nieve? My god I'm glad i'm not a celeb, you get accused of being prego everytime you have a big lunch or something!!!

I don't think she's prego...her breasts would fill that dress a little better. She isn't even big busted to start with.

It's impossible to tell from the pictures, but at least I hope that she's not pregnant, I don't think she's ready to take care of a baby just yet. But I thought the same of Nicole Richie, and she has turned out to be a really caring mom! So I guess you never know how motherly and responsible as parents people may be until they have a child of their own. But that said, I think she just had a big meal and the fabric of her dress is very unforgiving, emphasizing her little belly and making it look bigger than it probably is.
