Congratulations to her! And the name is actually cute, nice for a girl, and not some exotic creation like Apple, where you know in advance the kids will be bugging her in elementry school. She really seems to be doing good, out of the spotlight (apart from the occasional paparazzi) and since she and Casey have bought a house, I assume she will continue living the simple life. At leat one of the Spears girls was able to free herself from her mother's ambitions to make starts out of them. Though I am sure the baby's photos will be sold to people, after all, they are they Spears family, and not your ordinary next door neighboors.

The name "Maddie" sounds kind of like- Mad ( a word also used to describe a crazy person. Example: The Mad Hatter). I'm not sure if that name suits a family member belonging to the Spears clan, a family well known for their calamity, chaos, and crazy-like tendencies. Sorry, baby Maddie...maybe mommy is too young to chose a better name for you than this (she'll probably end up regretting this when she get's older). She'll probably grow up to work on a farm.

Okay - what is wrong with the name Maddie? My niece's name is that, though spelled differently (Maddy, short for Madalyn), and I think it's a very pretty name. I agree with terri. I have two nieces that are called Maddie, one Maddison, and one Madelynn, it is a cute name. And who are you people to jugde? It's people like you that give all the people in "Hollyweird" a complex and make them act the way they do!

Okay People have serious issues a persons name doesn't make them who they are... The people they grow up around makes them that way... Effin dummies... Congaratulations to Jamie for pulling through with the pregnancy because I am older then here and had an abortion the first time because I was so afraid of what people would think and say and I regret it till this day...
