X Files Star Gillian Anderson Pregnant
Attention all Scully Fans: Your woman is about to start expanding in the belly region.
Is it an alien in Gillian Anderson's womb? Nope, just a baby. The actress is pregnant with her third child (her second with boyfriend Mark Griffiths), says People.com. The couple already have a son, Oscar, who's 1, and Gillian has a thirteen-year-old daughter, Piper, from a previous marriage.
You X Files crazies will be able to catch Scully and Mulder in the new movie The X-Files: I Want to Believe, out on July 25.

Does anyone care about Gillian Anderson anymore? I wasn't an X-files fan, but I can't recall the last time I saw a story about her anywhere.

I can't speak for anyone else, but I've been following her career since the X-Files. She's not the most prolific of actors, true, but she's done some really interesting projects, especially the phenomenal Bleak House series on Masterpiece Theatre. There's the new X-Files movie coming out this summer and How to Lose Friends and Alienate People later this year. So yeah. She's still out there doing her thing.
