Christina Applegate's Past Love Found Dead
Sad news on Independence Day for Christina Applegate, as the Samantha Who star's ex-boyfriend Lee Grivas was found dead from a drug overdose in his apartment on Tuesday.
Though sources say that Christina and Lee were not dating at the time of his death, but that they have been on-and-off since they met in 2006.
Christina released this statement of Thursday:
"I am profoundly saddened. Lee was an incredible human being who was an extremely important and beautiful part of my life. He is missed beyond words. He touched so many and I feel much sadness for his mother, brother and all of his family and friends."
"Christina really loved him," an insider said of the pair. "He was a really nice guy but also very sad."

Oh man that sucks. I hope she is doing okay and that the family of her ex is doing well also.
Is it just me or does it seem like Christina Applegates exes always seem to overdose? Remember she was the one who was at his side when she and River Phoenix brokeup and he overdosed too. That was also a longtime ago, but I would have thought these habits were outgrown.
It doesn't say much about her as a person, if she still dates druggies, it was okay years ago to experiment but now, come on...break the cycle of losers and growup a little.
Unless she is on drugs that would make sense why she hangs with them, she just hides it better then most of hollywood who glamorize rehab, as if it is a day at the spa.
Who knows....
