Denise Richards & Charlie Sheen -- The Bitter Battle Continues
What more can we possibly say about Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen and their apparent hate for each other?
Nothing, really, so I'll just tell you that their lawyers were back in court, again, yesterday, as Denise is now seeking an emergency protective order to alter the exes' current custody and visitation arrangement with their two daughters, Lola and Sam.
“She has always tried that, not withstanding her public statements to the contrary,” Charlie's lawyer said. “[In public} she always states it is good for the children to have her father with the kids, but [in private] put she is constantly trying to deprive Charlie from seeing the children. I guess it’s good for her reality show.”
Burn!
Denise's lawyer, Neal Hersh, countered, "Denise has made her position clear throughout these proceedings and her position is, all the judicial officers and the files have been sealed, but all the things have been clear. And she is not saying one thing in private and one thing in public.”
Don't you feel like there should have been a "So there, nyah!" at the end of that?
Denise and Charlie are freakin' exhausting -- I think someone should pass the reins over to Sam and Lola -- they'd probably act more mature than their parents.

Nobody CARES, Denise!! When do you EVER spend a few moments with those darling little girls? I heard last week's episode had her partying in Hawaii with her girlfriends and once again abandoning her children! She only wants to be a party girl!! Blah!!!!!
What these two have done to the children is unforgiveable...They have put all this onto the children or should I say they have forgot the children, except to use them in a tug-of-war...
As far as I'm concerned, the children should be taken away and put in a home where they are loved and not used, and the parents are the ones who should be spanked and sent to bed without supper...God help those children and spare them those people they call parents...
Leave the kids out of it. Put aside your differences like two grown adults, even if you have to fake it. Put the big girl bloomers on and act like parents for God's sake. Each should have the right to spend time with their parents. I don't think Charlie is as horrible as Denise portrays him to be. Don't make the children suffer because the parents don't know how to get along. I can also bet that years down the road after the anger subsides between Charlie & Denise that they will actually stop hating each other and be civil towards one another. I see it happen all the time like a repeat offender. At the end of the day...it's the children that are affected.
I think he was a nasty, foul man when Denise was with him and because of his name and his movie/tv career, everybody wants to put Denise down. Other people have reality shows with their kids in them and most people don't say that they are whoring out their kids for fame or money. Lets look at Charlies arrest record/rehab time compared to Denise's and then make our choice. Oh yeah, Denise hasn't done any such things. Just give her the benefit of the doubt. My ex was the devil in disguise and everybody thought I was the bad one. It's terrible to have people believe you are a bad mom, etc...when you aren't.
I am still trying to figure out why people like these two can procreate, and I am unable to have any! How is that fair?? I can't even imaging acting like they do if I had children...ok well I can't even imagine acting like they do without having children...it's a shame for the girls that they'll have to live their parents mistakes and irresponsibilities out later in life...they'll never live it down!!
I agree with Bonita. I too have watched her reality show and I thought the same thing about her going to Hawaii.....where are her girls???.....sadly with all her money, she still leaves them behind with her father. That's just one sad example! Not that I condone exploiting the children in reality shows etc BUT I have noticed more and more that Denise is always scooting about having spray tans etc and these two beautiful girls are rarely seen anywhere near their mother.
Regardless of Charlie's (supposed) sex preferences etc, I think that MAYBE these girls may be better off with him. After all even if Charlie likes to screw dolls, toys etc as long as it's not around the children it's not going to hurt them. They may actually have a loving caring parent around them that may want to spend time with them. Which is the most important thing here.
