I personally liked the mole. They don't call it a "beauty mark" for nothing!

Thank GOD. That thing looked hideous! I always laughed that she played a witch on Hocus Pocus and they didn't have to add a mole to her face! LOL

I don't care either way, it obviously didn't bother her any, or she would've had it removed years ago. Maybe it started to look a little pre-cancerous or something & her derm recommended removing it?

I like her without. Moles are only beauty marks if it's in the right place. I should know I have 3 on the side of my face.

I loved the mole BUT she is older now and without it it adds the za za zo appeal. She's beautiful no matter what anyways her inner will always amplify her beauty!!

I like her after pic more than the before pic... but It's what ever she likes right? Anyway I know how it is living with moles and you just feel better with out them sometimes.

I always wonder why celebs do not fix their teeth, face, nose, and moles right away. They have all the money in the world yet they do not fix the flaw. There are a few celebs that could use a nose job, like the guy that used to go out with Kate Hudson, the blonde. I do not know his name right now. Dionne Warwick had protruding teeth, and there are a few celebs anyway. I could never understand it, money talks and they have it to change their looks. Kat

What difference should it make to anyone but Sarah? I was unfortunately born with moles all over my body and they can be worrysone, especially if you can't see them on the back of your neck or on your back. Leave her alone. It is no one's business but hers!

I'm glad she got rid of it. For one, when I watched her movies thats all I could stare at (not to be mean, but I had friends that agreed), very distracting. For two, it could be a health risk. I use to have one on my neck and got it removed when I was 14 b.c. my doctor thought it could turn cancerous. Luckily it wasn't. Anyways, she looks good.

I wish my biggest decision in life was whether to have a mole removed. Our society is so vain. I liked Sarah better on Square Pegs anyway!

nah ... she didnt had a nose job... look at the dimensions of her nose...the humps an bumps... it looks the same to me....its how sHe laugh thts why it look flatter in the old photo... but lookin at it closer, ITS THE SAME !!!!!!!!

i think that we should be thankfull to what God gave us and as the title said it was one of her markers but if it was a necessity as it would turn in to cancer so she remove it

Personally, I remember watching hocus pocus when I was a kid and thought that nasty thing was a part of her witch garb... I always thought she was so unattractive with it in Sex in the City, one of the main reasons I couln't watch the show! I don't consider myself superficial, Its just difficult to pay attention to the words coming from some ones mouth when there is something right there distracting you. Does it look like she may have had some rhinoplasty done as well? Her nose looks a little less hooked and thinner??.... Whatever she did.... she looks really happy and prettier than I've ever seen her!
