Olivia Newton-John Finds The One That She Wants

Whenever I can work a Grease reference into anything, you can be sure I'm going to take it.

Olivia Newton-John married her real-life "Danny Zuko," John Easterling, in a secret ceremony at her home in Malibu, California. Guests were fooled when they thought they were attending your typical Fourth of July barbecue.

Olivia and John's plans were almost sidelined when a brush fire erupted in a nearby canyon, according to The Daily Telegraph, but the actress, who has had dealt with her share of heartbreak in the past (breast cancer in 1992, cheated on by her first husband, then her boyfriend of nine years disappeared in 2005 and was presumed dead) refused to postpone the nups.

"John said they could wait a few days, or change the venue, but Olivia was determined that nothing was going to interfere with her special day," a source told the paper.

Ah, a happy ending! No word on if their convertible flew into the clouds at the end of the reception.

I hope she will be very happy. The missing ex is probably alive, but from all indications he was deeply in debt and wanted to disappear. Am glad Olivia didn't waste too much time mourning his "loss".
